Service / Aftersales Manager (m/f/d) Membrane Technology
- Managing the service/aftersales engineering team
- Developing and implementing a service and aftersales strategy
- Providing an annual operational service / aftersales plan (including budget, KPIs and marketing) in collaboration with the Sales Director and Marketing Manager
- Results-oriented actions of the service / aftersales plan
- Building and maintaining a good relationship with strategic customers (OEM and end customer) and Sales Managers
- Supporting the sales organization in the sale of service and aftersales
- Setting up and maintaining workflows and data in Salesforce
- Providing a good insight into the realized references (Installed Base Management)
- Developing commercial service models with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction
- Close cooperation with the other departments of Berghof Membranes
- Technical Bachelor / Master degree working and thinking level
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferable in wastewater business
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strategical thinker
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Highly motivated and customer-oriented
- Results-driven
- Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize different tasks quickly
- Teamplayer
